    These were a return... These all look to be brand new but open box.... May have slight signs of rust on the studs I'm guessing the liquidation company didn't store them properly but these are ment for snow and ice so doesn't effect them... this box has water damage..also the boxes have wear from shipping and storage and having cleats in them....
