Large Khmer Style Standing Male Bodhisattva - CAMBODIA - 19th Century
Old and antique Khmer Style standing male Bodhisattva.  Hollow cast metal with dark greenish bronze-like patina, possibly spelter.  Well cast and very detailed. Nice patina of age with some areas of encrustation.  Good condition, with possible old repair or casting flaw to proper right arm.  Statue is attached to hardwood base with two old screws, slightly rusty (see last photo). Overall a very beautiful antique !

Purchased years ago at auction, this is part of my personal collection that I am selling to downsize.  Great presence !
