    Description

    For your consideration, a charming carved sandstone statue fragment of a male deity in the Khmer style. Age unknown, an estate sale find with no additional info available at the time I purchased it. Condition: some age related wear and staining, some newer abrasions with lighter patches of stone peeking out, some small areas of black paint to the underside (looks like someone painted the rod of the stand after placement under the sculpture). The base and stand are contemporary. Signature required for delivery.
    Measurements including stand: 8 7/8 inches, approximately 9 inches in width at the shoulders, and 4 1/8 inches in profile depth. Stone carving itself measures approximately 5.5 inches in height, 9 inches in width, and 3.5 inches in profile depth. Weight 9.2 pounds.
