For sale is one “new old stock” factory sealed pack of 2000 20 mm lyophilization, V10-F22 713 B2-40, Westar
®
RS (ready to sterilize).   We think B2-40 is a coating applied to the top surface of the rubber stopper to aid machinability.  We think the formulation is D713 Grey Butyl.   The OD of the top (not the stem) is just under 20mm designed to fit 20mm vials. As shown in the photo, the product is labeled West Pharmaceuticals P/N 19561052
